He convinces Jamie to join him in an undercover operation at Sayer Pharmaceuticals, the suspected source of the infection. Working around the clock, Jamie and the Sayer team struggle to develop an anti-viral drug to treat the fatal disease.

Their efforts and the story reach a climax on Jekyll Island where the evil began.

Author Bio: Patricia Clark has combined her thirty-year background in the nursing field and her interest in the effects of micro-organisms to craft this medical thriller. She began writing five years ago and has completed three books. Pat lives with her husband and three children in a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri.
